Parkview Waters is a family owned development, created by Bruce and Wendy Ogilvy.
Bruce has had a lifetime involvement in the construction industry, working with award-winning architects on a number of high-end residential properties throughout New Zealand.
Born and raised in Mangawhai, he always aspired to do something unique with a block of land that was in his family for three generations.
“We wanted to create something special – a quality development that distinguishes itself above others and offers a personal touch,” he says.
Parkview Waters does just that.
From the thousands of hand-planted native trees which skirt the property’s boundaries to the architecturally designed houses and club facilities, Parkview Waters is the culmination of a vision based on quality, integrity and passion.
When Bruce isn’t busy overseeing construction projects, you’ll find him casting a rod from the bow of a boat, hoping to catch a snapper or two.
A keen fisherman, he also enjoys the odd round of golf or a good match of tennis – especially if he’s playing against his wife Wendy.
Wendy is a family lawyer with a small boutique law firm in Takapuna, Auckland.
She is an avid traveller and highlights Egypt and India as her top two destinations. She also adores the Italian way of life and speaks a little lingua italiana. To unwind she loves spending time in the garden or looking after her Scottish Highland cows, Big Ted and Pam.
